BOWL

  • 200g of unsweetened acai pulp
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tablespoon of agave syrup
  • A splash of water

TOPPINGS

  • Fresh fruits
  • Granola

1. In a blender, put all the ingredients of the bowl finishing with the frozen acai pulp, broken in pieces.
2. Mix until it becomes homogeneous and smooth, as a sherbet.
3. If needed, move with a spatula and add a little liquid.
4. Pour the base into a bowl and cover with toppings!
